Delivery times

Please note that our logistics partner GLS does not deliver on Sundays and certain public holidays. As soon as the transaction of your payment is visible on our account, your order has been completed. Is your package shipped immediately (on working days and if available). Striving for a smooth and accurate processing of your order is a high priority for us. Although we deliver directly from stock, it may happen that we temporarily have a product out of stock. If this relates to your order, we will contact you during office hours by email or if necessary by telephone.

Returns & Exchange

Ofcourse we want you to be happy with your purchase at In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations or you want to exchange the product for a different size, fill in the return form and send it along with the shipment. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt. Not good = money back! (this does not apply to customization products) Only the shipping costs of a return shipment with the reason ‘wrong / defect delivered’ will be reimbursed by us. As soon as we received the return-shipment in good condition, the shipping costs of € 6.95 (up to 10 kg) or € 13.25 (10 – 20 kg) will be returned as soon as possible to your account. Rhe return of shipment costs only apply to customers within the EU.

Payment methods

As soon as the transaction of your payment is visible on our account, your order is complete and your package is shipped immediately (on working days and if available). There are several payment methods with which you can use to complete the order:

When you pay an order with iDEAL, you complete the payment in your own bank environment. After this you will see a confirmation screen which means that your payment and thus also your order has been completed. It is wise to make a print of this confirmation for your own administration.

Pay safely and easily with your own PayPal account.

Banktransfer                  (Can take up to 3 business days before it’s visible on the account of JMTuning)
When using the banktransfer method. Don’t forget to mention the invoice-/ordernumber.
